Search across all producers in a local area via our map search, and filter by product category.
Search by product, producer or brand name and filter by product category.
Search by name of membership association or food group, for instance Red Tractor or Taste of the West. View all of their members, the products they make and filter by product category.
Filter by product category that producers make product within, for instance spirits, potatoes or eggs and dairy.
Filter search results by brand or company name.
Access and view detailed information about each producer, get to know them by reading their backstory, understand their passions and beliefs, discover the provenance of the products they make via pictures, videos and direct links to their social media channels.
View detailed information on everything you may want to know about a product, allergen and nutrition information, how and where it was made or grown, processed and packaged. The packaging materials used, as well as pictures and videos about the product and even recipe ideas.
A key part of UKFoodWeb is an easy to use reporting system for food allergens and personal belief systems, such as veganism. Our food allergen reporting allows producers to denote products that directly contain, or may have trace amounts of an allergen to give peace of mind and certainty.
Full ingredient and nutrition information is documented for packaged goods, often along with EU accredited traffic light health labels and nutrition labels. We plan to implement a search and comparison service for product by health marks and nutrition in 2021.
All packaging materials are clearly described and shown pictorially, products that do not use any plastic packaging are clearly identified as such.
Each producer profile has a link to a chat service that answers questions most frequently asked, such as local stockists or product information. If the answer is not there, you can message the producer direct, request a callback or even phone them from the link. Each chat service and the features offered are unique to the producer.
We currently support users in 8 languages, supporting English and the UK’s main export markets.
Personal accounts are for one person only, and extra people can not be added.
Together
Search for products locally or nationally using the Global Classification Code. A very detailed search, allowing you to specifically search on things like smoked salmon, lamb shank, eggs, courgettes, chilli jam or salad onions … even adzuki beans!
Filter out foods that contain one or more specific food allergen ingredient or traces. We track, report and filter on all 14 of the main food allergens.
Filter products to only those that conform to certain food beliefs, such as Vegan, Vegetarian, Kosher and Halal.
Search nationally, rather than being restricted to local searches, across producer, brand and product name.
Create favourites lists of producers and products making it easy to find and engage with them at a later date. Create a shared list as a family ‘wishlist’ or containing family favourites.
In your profile, set the product categories you are interested in and we will focus on these categories for recommendations and offers.
You can opt-in, or out, of curated emails that advise you of new products and producers on our platform and of related products you may like.
Every quarter we generate a personalised newsletter or magazine, specifically focussed on the regions, products and categories you have indicated you like. You can opt out at any time.

You can invite other friends and family to access your account, with 2 licenses for Partner and 4 for Family subscriptions. You can also add an unlimited number of additional people to your account for a small, individual monthly charge.
Family
We will send you a monthly subscription box of products in your chosen categories, which you can change one month to the next, with an approximate retail value to £35.
You will be invited to join our producer feedback panel where you will be sent free products or invited to use services for free in exchange for your thoughts and feedback via a website form. All personal information is removed, feedback anonymised and is GDPR compliant. You will also receive exclusive coupons, offers and promotions to use when purchasing a variety of amazing and fabulous products.
You can opt-in, or out, of a monthly product newsletter about products and producers in categories you have expressed an interest in.
You will receive personal invites to exclusive local and national events for categories, products or producers in which you express an interest.
